1. Kindly present valid personal identification at the Front Desk upon check-in:
• For international guests: please present your valid passport and visa.
• For Vietnamese guests: please present your national ID card, passport, or other legally recognized photo identification (for adults), or birth certificate (for children).
2. The possession and bringing into the hotel of weapons, toxic substances, hazardous chemicals, explosives, or flammable items are strictly prohibited.
3. All forms of gambling, use of illegal drugs, or any activities prohibited by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are strictly forbidden within the hotel premises. Guests shall bear full responsibility before the law for any violation.
4. The trading or use of rare or endangered animals is not permitted within the hotel grounds.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms or in air-conditioned public areas.
6. For your safety, please ensure that all doors, including balcony doors, are securely locked and that all electrical appliances are switched off when you leave your room. Kindly inform the Front Desk immediately in the event that your room key card is lost or stolen.
7. Our standard check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is before 12:00.
8. We advise guests to keep all valuable items in the in-room safe. Personal belongings in public areas remain the guest’s own responsibility. The hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage in the event that these guidelines are not followed.
9. Guests are kindly requested not to sunbathe nude.
10. Please refrain from bringing pets, outside food, or beverages into the hotel.
11. Please do not bring strong-smelling fruits (such as durian, jackfruit, or fermented foods) into guest rooms.
12. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a quiet atmosphere and avoid loud conversation or disruptive behavior in public areas.
13. For security reasons, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
14. Please do not place your feet on or lie down on chairs or sofas in public areas.
