This crispy rice brings a very high culinary value by using pure rice. In order to have a good taste, it requires the chef's meticulousness from selecting rice, cooking to preparing sauce and decoration.

Crispy rice is made from nutritious Huong sticky rice grown grown on Kim Son alluvial land. The round rice kernels are cooked until it has a flexibility and fragrant smell. It also requires the best cooking techniques so that the cooked rice is not dry and crushed. The rice is then pressed into thin shapes and dropped into cooking oil to fry. We can pick it out when it turns to attractive yellow color, crispy and fragrant. 

The sauce served with the dish is also important. The sauce is prepared elaborately and creatively from the fatty Tam Coc crabs to create aroma and thickness. When eating, diners break a piece of crispy rice into a bowl, pour into little warm sauce and add some herbs.
